Tourism and wines: more than 1 million travelers arrived at the wineries

With 167 weekly flights and 51,000 direct jobs, tourism is a pillar of the economy of Mendoza. In 2021, our province will host the Annual Conference of the Great Wine Capitals Network.

More than 1,125,000 tourists toured Mendoza wineries in 2019.
There are more than 140 wineries open to tourism, with diverse proposals, such as horseback riding, cooking classes, harvest, yoga, bike rides, live shows and cinema, among others.

More than 1,125,000 tourists toured the Mendoza wineries in 2019, of which 35% are of foreign origin – almost 400,000 – who arrive mainly from Brazil, the United States, England and Chile.

With 167 weekly flights and 51,000 direct jobs, tourism is a pillar of the economy of Mendoza.
